Pilates is an excellent choice for women who are pre or postnatal because of how versatile the sessions can be. Each stage or even day can be different so it’s important for you to be able to enjoy a wide range of exercises. Pilates can build strength in your back, abs and pelvic floor muscles as well as improve your mobility and stamina. Pilates also can help to relieve some discomfort through a variety of gentle but effective stretches.
